User IDs and Passwords

1. Each user must have an individual ID and Password to use the E508 system.

2. Passwords cannot be shared.

3. Passwords expire after 30 days of inactivity and after 90 days of activation.

4. A facility rep cannot reset other users passwords.

5. The facility representative must deactivate user access to the E508 system upon termination of employment.
