MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) should be available. The NC Customer
Number is the NC Drivers License Number, OR, a number assigned
by DMV should the driver not have a NC Drivers License.
Remind the client that they will need to supply a
MVR for pre-trial assessments and then provide an updated MVR
post-trial that reflects the actual conviction date. You cannot
complete
the entering of the treatment without the conviction date.
If a conviction is NOT indicated on the MVR –
call the Clerk Of Courts office to have the conviction sent to
DMV.
