The e508 Users Support Group

We are experimenting by offering a Google Users Support Group. Whether this experiment works or not has a lot to do with your help. We hope you're willing to help us in its development, then use it as a viable e508 help tool. Like any new feature, there may be a few bumps along the way, but with patience and tweaking, those bumps can be smoothed out.

How do I start?

  1. After you click on the link below,
  2. a Google sign up page loads, click on the "Sign In" link in the upper right hand corner.
  3. You have a choice with how you can sign in:
  • You can use your own Google account to sign in, if you have one.
  • You can follow the steps to create your own Google account,
  • or you can use our guest sign in:

    Email: e508support@gmail.com
    Password: e508supportguest

Our best advice is to just dive in and give it a try. Post a question, comment. Get your hands dirty!

Why a users group?

  • 24 hour, 7 day access to help.
  • Not dependent on DWI staff availability.
  • Receive pragmatic help from other e508 users.
  • You can have a voice, helping fellow users from your personal experience.
  • Help is documented, following a thread of responses. Why does a same question have to be answered repeatedly on an individual phone call?
  • DWI staff will also participate in the group.
